DESIGN / RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
E’ of fundamental importance in the design process, research and development expertise creativity and experience of the designers and all those who for various reasons, athletes, guide alpine, mountain professionals, masters ski mountaineering, simple enthusiasts make available for the creation of our products.
The design of our products is carried out by means of three-dimensional solid modeling software and by sophisticated FEA calculation systems that allow to maximize resistance and reliability by minimizing weights.
PRODUCTION
From the idea to the realization, various production systems that can transform the raw material contribute, of absolute certified quality, in the final component that expertly assembled with others creates our products.
SWARF REMOVAL
In our factory in Valsugana we have modern CNC machines which, using sophisticated CAD / CAM programs, manufacture the pieces of our articles by swarf removal.
INJECTION MOULDING
We use a modern computerized injection molding machine that allows, through the installation of various molds designed on site, the realization with the injection molding technique of technopolymer components with or without reinforcing fibers.
PLASTIC DEFORMATION
Some components are made from laser-cut sheet metal and then shaped by means of molds, equipment and hydraulic press.
SURFACE AND HEAT TREATMENTS
To increase the mechanical characteristics, of resistance to wear, to improve the resistance to corrosion and finally the aesthetic aspect, specific treatments such as hardening are performed, nitriding, galvanizing and anodizing according to the type of component, of the material and its use.
